Two More Down!

I did my weekly weigh-in last night and found out I lost another 2lbs. It’s not great like last week but it’s a loss and I’ll take it since I was bad and didn’t journal my food at all last week. Plus I ate some French Fries over the weekend.

That brings my total to 11lbs lost. Only 89 to go before the end of the year. 🙂

I was pretty good with working out last week. I was able to get the elliptical in on Monday and Wednesday for 45 minutes each time. I had to miss Friday though because we went out for my Aunt’s birthday. Earlier in the day I planned on going after dinner but by the time we were done I was too full (healthy stuff, of course) and it was too late. I think I made up a little bit for it on Saturday when we walked around Hollywood Studios all day.

I did hit the gym yesterday for another 45 minutes on the elliptical. I noticed during the first 20 minutes that my heart rate was kind of lower than before (look who’s getting healthier/stronger), so I think tomorrow I will increase the level by one or two.

I’ve decided not to post pics anymore of the cardio machines because they pretty much all will say the same thing each time (plus earthquake hands can’t get a steady readable shot). So, since I have been slacking on the dinner pics, I am going to start posting those because they are more interesting plus the wifey recently made a recipe that she got from the eating plan we are on, that’s good and I want to share. I’m hoping we make it again within the next week. I’ll post a picture along with the recipe then.
