An extremely huge pat on the back for me from Friday. Not only did I go to the gym after work on a Friday, but I went later in the evening after I had already gone home to watch my son for a couple of hours. Normally I go straight to the gym from work because if I make it home, I usually don’t want to go workout. I actually liked going later because there wasn’t as many people there. I repeated Wednesday’s routine and it was a little easier to do, but I still got a great workout based on the poor pictures below from my earthquake hands.
Sorry about the blurriness of the last image. I have been debating on bringing our small Sony camera that has way better image stabilization than my phone.
Saturday is a rest day which I am glad because my knees feel like I’m an 80 year old man today. It also doesn’t help to live in a house with stairs because then I sound like an 80 year old man. The next big test will be to see if I can make it to the gym on a Sunday. Stay tuned!

Yay for pushing yourself!
Sorry your knees hurt — hopefully that will lessen as you build up your endurance and loose weight!
Hope you get to the gym today
You can do it!! Is E feeling better?

Thanks!
I didn’t make it and won’t make it to today because little man is sick and the wifey is out of town for work. But I am aiming to go tomorrow if he is feeling better and can go to school.

Nice job on the working out! Ice those knees! Oh, and thanks for keeping me “company” on Twitter while I was at the airport. You may have been my only means of entertainment there. Well, that and the man throwing up in the plastic bag.

Thanks! I unfortunately have been unable to get there since.
The knees are back to normal though.
